Level 1 trauma center with 600+ beds and located in the heart of Camden, NJ. Implemented the Nutrition Care Process on 4 to 7 patients daily.

Food Bank of South Jersey
Assisted with cooking demonstrations, provided group-specific nutrition education to community members of all ages, and developed menus for food insecure populations. Spent time working with many community-based organizations, including WIC, the Food Bank of South Jersey, Shop Rite, and MANNA.
FOODSERVICE MANAGEMENT
Drexel University
Functioned as part of the management team at Urban Eatery, a main dining facility on Drexel's University City campus. Conducted a systems analysis on portion control, and organized a food tasting event, to improve customer experience and promote retail sales.

Gained valuable counseling experience by shadowing dietitians at several outpatient centers and wellness clinics. Determined clients' needs and assessed readiness to change. Provided suggestions for interventions and S.M.A.R.T. goals.
